      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a telephone call Sunday 23/02/25 confirming visit today 26/02/25.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Engineer was due on am timeslot however has not shown&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked my order which shows as an issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sky Broadband engineer visit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Action required&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It appears there's been an issue with your order&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please rearrange your visit to get your order back on track&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;what is the issue as this is the 2nd time that my broadband appointment has not been upheld.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please contact me and advise when this afternoon the engineer will be attending.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
