&lt;P&gt;If you mean the installation work is due to be done, then clearly activation cannot happen and data won't flow before the physical circuit is completed.&amp;nbsp; After that it may take up to midnight for internet access to be possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I understand it Openreach do the cabling etc on Friday and then wait for a message from Sky to say it's now live, is that correct?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the engineer we got was useless to put it politely! Luckily another turned up to do a neighbour's connection a few hours later and solved several problems for us. Because router was moved to a different part of the house had to wait until a new wifi card arrived before everything settled down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
