Slow wifi

So i live fairly remotely, out in the countryside. I know this is a major issue with a lot of internet companies.

I have had sky installed and apparently to the sky speed tester i am getting between 12 and 16mb. Speedtest online tells me my speed is as low as 0.7 AND 4MB. My downloads are currently downloading at 1.2mb 😥

I am using a pc, i am hard wired. the router is in the same room. Nobody else is using this internet right now.

What can i possibly do to make my speeds better?

can you re esculate this please i replied but cant see the bubble any more and my issue isnt fixed.
