I have tried pulling each wire and they feel locked into place. They have also clicked when removing the wires. The signal does not really drop really when touching them. However if you move the box even slightly then the hub light goes red.

Is it normal for the wifi signal to fall out if you touch or slightly move the hub? The hub seems very delicate. The light on the front changes and turns red if moved. The light goes back to normal after a few seconds and light turns white again. The wifi also seems to keep doing out even if the hub is not touched or moved.

Check the cable carefully as that is more likely than a dodgy hub but that's also possible.

@Chrisee I still haven't had a response to my message in February. The problem still persists and now has transitioned into just cutting in and out all morning. I think I need a new box. There is something clearly wrong with this one.
