ps5 connected but not connected

im having issues with the internet on my pc im getting some pages load and others not if i reset router eventually get them working but with the ps5 it either wont connect to the broadband (wired or wireless) and when eventually i can get it to connect through ressetting router the ps5 will eventually say its connected through either wired or wireless and will do a speed test with no issues but its puts me in offline mode and when i go to play a game it says there is no internet connection, im very puzzled i think its all linked but not sure how.

any help would be amazing thanks

hello yes i recieved a email saying they fixed the issues but today the same issue has started again please help.
