    <title>topic Wi-fi dropping in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Wi-fi-dropping/m-p/4921773#M469684</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Our wi-fi will drop for very long periods of time. We still hav&amp;nbsp; all green lights. TV says it is not connected. Go through all settings, still no joy. Last night I unplugged my main Sky Q box, then tried the internet on the tv which was working fine so I think the main sky-q box may be the fault. It seems to be draining all the wifi but still showing its not working. how do i get the main sky-q box replaced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
