To test a full fibre connection useca device connected by a gigabit Ethernet with nithing else usingbthe connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Supposed to have 300mb speed but currently running at 23mb. I've run the service checker through my account which says everything is fine but it is clearly not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
