If devices cannot see the Sky network name on the hubs label press and hold innthe reset pin on the hub until the power led flashes then release it this will, reset the hub to its factory settings. Hopefully the Sky network re-appears if that works consider who has been fiddling with the hubs settings. They need to have a device on the network and know the admin password you may want to change both to stop ,a repeat see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password

If still stuck there is a fault with the hubs which will requireca call to Sky.

So my router has all 4 green lights showing, my Sky Q box is working fine. But I can't connect ANY devices via wifi, including my Sky Q mini boxes.

When I run the broadband test it says my Internet and wifi are fine and there is an issue with my Sky Q.

When I try to connect my sky mobile to wifi, my Sky network doesn't even show when I search!!

Thank you for your reply.

I tried the reset twice last night. Wifi became visible again on my mobile and other devices but within 5 minutes it had gone off again. This happened both times after I reset, so I will be giving sky a ring this evening once I finish work.

Troubleshooting is still saying there is an issue with my sky q box and not my Internet or WiFi. I do believe the issue is with my hub.
