@mase1 if two Sky hubs have issues it is very likely the issue is not down to the hub. WiFi signal strength depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. If your home has solid internal walls no WiFi signal will becgreatly reduced 2 rooms away from the hub. Any metal even a shert of foil will block the signal so if your home has foil faxed insulation in the wall you havecan issue.

All you can do is check the hub is out in the open as central in your home as **bleep**ible on a surface to be above obstructions like radiators. You msy need a longer cable to connect tomtge ONT unit which can be bought very easily as allyou need is a standard ethernet cable. If the signal is still poor like many homes you may need extra wifi sources which can come as part of Sky's WIFi Max bundle or of coursecyou coukd buy your own homecwifi set up as Inand many other people have done.

Fibre broadband keeps disconnecting from tv and laptop. Netflix freezes and I get a swirling cicle and then a message saying 'no internet access' When I am on my laptop it keeps freezing and I get a message saying I am not connected to the internet. Every time I close my laptop it disconnects me from the internet. This never happens anywhere else, only at home. I have never had this problem until I changed to fibre. I have had a new router which worked finr for two days but is now hopeless like the last one.
