      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4338306"&gt;@Becky20111&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if by 'loss of WiFi" you mean your hub is losing its connection to the Broaband line which is indicated by the leds on the unit (see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;) then run the Service Checkervin the My Sky app which works overca mobile connectiin which shoukd offer an engineer toncheck your line ssving you a phone call. If it doesnt call Sky to report the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
