He was brilliant. He explained what I need to do but I was confused as I've got load of devices in one area and so many wires. He spent ali</P><P>ong time with me and I was having a problem with where the line comes in. He has rearranged when I go live but this gives me time to find where the open reach , as it is so long since I had the BTLine put in.
