Wifi has been down since around noon, I try to phone sky up but the ai voice would just tell me they are trying their best to resolve the issue. Are there others facing similar wifi issues?

Sky Broadband supplies around six million properties in the UK and at any particular point in time there will be thousands of individual Openreach circuits with faults, so yes, but that doesn't really get you any further.

An indication of where you are located might help if there's an area outage.
