      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4337940"&gt;@JGM4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if connected by wifi the issue is poor signal level at the TV. Very common issue as streaming video needs reasonable bandwidth but just as important the signal nedds to be free of interference. Solution is to either increase the WiFi siignal by getting a booster or similar or use an ethernet cable. Sky sell a bundle called WiFi Max which can supply up to 3 extender.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
