I want to switch from Vodafone when my contract runs out on 22/3/25. Just gone on sky to do this and there is nowhere that it gives a date for me to select for the switch.

During the process Vodafone are already messaging quoting fees for ending contract early. Sky says it will give me a date after I place the order. Not helpful. Does sky have inside knowledge on when my Vodafone contract ends and will they take it into account?

on previous switches providers have always allowed me to select date of switch.

The default switch time is 14 days, so if you want to avoid charges from Vodafone, place an order with Sky on 8th March.

If you've already placed the order, as the messages from VF imply, then probably better to just accept the charges as Sky's system doesn't seem to like cancellation & re-order.
