As a rule Sky wont deal with speed issues in the girst 10 days ofva new connection as somecsystems need time to optimise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forum members can help if you explain a little more including if you are in full fibre (the hub is connected to box on thecwall with lights) or partial fibre (the hub is connected to a phone socket ). The colour of your hub (the whites hubs are very different from &amp;nbsp;the &amp;nbsp;black ones) What speed you have bought and a speed test result from a device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
