&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a poor wifi connection so is the Sky hub in the same position as the BT hub and did you have any extender discs from BT? If you did you need to talk to Sky to get their extenders as the BT discs are not likely to work. Sky do charge for their extenders that can come as part of the WiFi Max bundle see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are reports that the Sky hubs have less range than some BT hubs if you think thatapplies to you switching back maybe a good idea. Sky no longer support Sky+HD boxes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
