&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2606732"&gt;@Chrisee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has stated the cancellation was almost certainly sent to Openreach immediately but you should have still had a 14 day notice period.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Its a pain given Openreach often take an age to do anything you want but seem to act in seconds when you want tonstop,something.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
