    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3771258"&gt;@Wellmel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;think the hub maybe faulty but before calling Sky do a fullfactory reset which requires you to press and hold in the reset pin until the power led flashes which takes up to 20 seconds. Thay will definitely restore the default settings so the SSID and password on the label should work unless the hub is faulty. Pressing the reset pin and releasing early just rdboots the hub and doesnt reset the settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
