What did you order? If you're waiting for a hub to be delivered these are dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a few days before your activation date.

I ordered a broad band and the employee said it will be delivered withink a week and its been about 10 days and it hasnt even been dispatched

When is your activation date as usually it should turn up a few days before this date.

They didnt tell me they said that the date on the app is a prediction date and its well off its on 8th of april and im currently left with no wifi at home
