&lt;P&gt;When this issue is fixed you should quality&amp;nbsp;for broadband compensation credit at £9.76&amp;nbsp;per day as per this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;After you’ve told us your broadband and/or talk isn’t working at all, we have two full working days to fix it. If it’s not fixed, we’ll pay you&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;£9.76 for each day&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;until it is.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>no Internet connection from Feb 13th</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From Feb 13th we have no Internet connection in Wimbledon area and some days before Sky agent said it would be fixed&amp;nbsp; in 24hr but Sky couldn't fix it yet. When will it be fixed? How can I claim for compensation since my job is very internet dependent?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
