Glitching WiFi and WiFi just completely dropping out all over the house.

@Kimberly333 wifi coverage depends in the layoutvand type of construction of your home. Many houses need more than a single wifi source to get usablecwifi in every room. Check your hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators beyond that consider either buying Sky's WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buying your own wifi kit.

I've already done all of this and had an engineer out to place everything correctly.

@Kimberly333 suggest you call Sky andcask for another visit but there are properties thst are almost impossible to network using `WiFi no idea if your's is one.

Thanks. I didn't have any issues with BT WiFi, so think it's just a sky issue.
