Sky offer a minimum connection speed to the hub is spedds fall below that for 3 days they will credit a months subs. Speeds in your home are not covered by thst guarantee. The reason being WiFi speeds in your home will depend on its layout and how it is built. They offer limited wifi guarantees in your home buy their add-on WiFi Max but these dont promisecspedds wont drop instead thry offer limited credits ifvtgrybdo.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Putting the impossible promise to one side run the service checker in the My Sky app as that will tell you the current connection speed to your hub if it is below the guaranteed speed for your line then it should offer further help. If thst speed is OK try restarting your hub as your wifi maybe affected by interference from a ndighbour's network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
