Currently Sky only use Openreach although they plan to use City Fibre at some point this year.

If tge unit is branded Openreach call Sky as it sounds like the wrong sddress has been entered somewhere.

Broadband and Talk

Sky Expert's Notes

18 Feb 2025 08:19 AM

just a quick update on your order. Openreach has informed us that they currently do not have the equipment in place to connect your Broadband and Talk to your phone exchange. They are looking for the best way to get you connected. You will receive a text with an update on your order on 26/02/2025.

Hi - I received the message above but I'm confused. I already have fibre installed to the property as part of my talk talk setup.

I have the box inside/outside the wall, and the cable was run to connect to the street connection. What is the delay?
