I am having same issues. Checked all the links and no issues indentified. Have followed online instructions to restart and still nothing. It's dropped out a few times over the last week now and it's really frustrating. Is there anything else I can try?

If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

In addition~

▪️This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

▪️ For any customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you don’t receive any extra or quicker support.

Mine's working now. It looks like the outage from the other day switched off my OpenReach box. If you're on OpenReach, unplug the box, leave it for a few minutes, then plug it back in and press the on/off switch. That should reset everything and hopefully get your internet back like it did mine.
