      <title>Teams calls freezing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently moved to Sky from BT and I am now having real difficulty using Teams. &amp;nbsp;The program keeps freezing which never happened before. &amp;nbsp;I've tried via two ethernet cables and using the booster but the problem keeps occuring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Could I get access to the last private chat as it had a link for me to do some more testing. &amp;nbsp;I have not had the opportunity to run all the tests suggested and the problem has not been resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
