The issue is most likely poor wifi signal in your home as low downs on full fibre services are very rare. You can check the speed test results Sky run in the service checker in the My Sky app if you click on the intial result you will see the history for tge last few weeks.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;WiFi speeds do vary to getcreliable speedtest in your home use a device connected by ethernet and make sure nothing else is running.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
