      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a scheduled installation for full fibre, but I'm concerned as to how this is going to be done. I've tried reaching out to various parties but can't seem to get a straight answer. I would like to know the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- is it going to be an overhead cable or underground.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- where are they planning on drilling through the wall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- what permissions do they need to do any of the above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
