topic Poor Openreach Installation in Broadband

Hi All

Openreach installed a new box and cable at my property last week and for some reason they’ve drilled into the house about 10 – 12 inches up the wall, they’ve then taken the cable down and round the skirting board and then brought it up again to take from the hall into the front room, about 6 inches in from the door frame and again about 10 – 12 inches high. Has anyone else had this problem because having a cable come into the room at a random point just looks ridiculous and I can’t see how openreach think this is acceptable?

Thanks
