New Flat - No Live Cable

Hi,

I'm moving into a new flat and in my current flat, I have sky broadband that's connected into wall with ehternet cable.

In the new flat, there isn't a cable to plug it in to anywhere. Sky are due out next week to swap this over but i haven't had chance to tell them there isn't a live cable / port in the new place. Will the engineer fit this? Is there an extra charge? What's included in their visit to swap broadband when moving home?

I believe the apartments do have internet and there's apparently a BT Box outside..
