This is usually done by openreach on the activation date unless a previous occupant has half inched the existing one

What does it say ont exists or new ont can be ordered ..? When are you due to be activated. When order full fibre that automatically books openreach to install te ont

The customer doesn't do that. Once an order is placed for a broadband product which is going to be provisioned over FTTP then it's arranged by the ISP with the network provider.

In deleting the customers address i took the liberty to check . It says ont exists
