Our WiFi has been on and off so ce yesterday evening. The app checker says all is working okay but, we have 2 orange lights on the hub against internet and voice. Can anyone offer any advice. We work from home and haven't changed anything or added new devices. Was okay last week but unstable fro last night. Thank you.

@Sharc19

I don't know what you have tried so try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
