topic Getting around parental controls in Broadband

We have sky max with parental controls. Although I've tried to restrict my sons Xbox usage to reasonable timeframes, he simply changes the location / time zone of his Xbox and reconnects - tricking the system into thinking it's an entirely new device connecting and so circumventing any broadband restrictions, until I turn off access for the "new" Xbox. It's like whack-a-mole. Any ideas? He needs the password for his legitimate laptop use.
