Cannot connect HP 2700 printer

I have an HP 2700 deskjet printer, It was working fine on my old provider however not on the SKY connection. It just coming back with the error cannot find printer. disconnected from internet is the message on my screen.

Have you gone through the process to set it up as if it was a new printer as this will need doing now you have moved to Sky.

Yes, I have however during the setup the printer doesnt seem to connect to the new WIFI.

This is literally even when the wifi router and the printer are next to each other. Not sure if the issue is that the printer is not compatible to detect high wifi speeds?!

Having same problem but can't remember how to set up printer to broadband. Need someone to talk be through all the steps please.

Have just joined Sky Broadband and I cannot connect to my HP 2700 printer

I have made sure we are on WSP 2 ? instead of WSP3 security

How do I split the two frequencies or is there another way of connecting?
