Since I moved into my new house and had sky broadband I've had nothing but problems with the speed. I've used the sky broadband checker and every time I have it's said there's a problem, I go through all the procedures they ask and after it says your broadband is up and running . I use amazon firestick for TV and at time they are saying I'm getting 4mbps when sky say I'm getting 56mbps and the same for my phone smart TV. they all buffer all the time and all of them are within 10m of the router with no obstructions.. It's impossible to watch itvx, Disney. Bbci player without constant buffering on all devices and all sky say is your Internet is slower than normal but still above what they guarantee and this isn't the case
