      <title>Internet keeps dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since yesterday evening the internet has continuously dropped off, all lights go off on the router and then turn to orange for around 5-10 mins and then goes green. I have reset the router 5/6 times now and I ran a check on your service check yet it states the connection is fine but I'm sat looking at the router with all orange lights so it's not correct at all! There is clearly a problem with the main line as also appears other customers have posted today with the same issue. What is being done to rectify this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
