Internet cutting out

My internet WiFi keeps cutting and always on my work laptop and phone. Been using it for 2 weeks and for the past 4 days it's been terrible, app keeps saying the speed test is fine and no issues detected.

Yesterday I had to use my mobile data to hotspot my work laptop to finish work a internet went off completely for a few hours.

I've re set the router a few times and app still says no issues found

This is what is happemning to me. The internet keeps cutting me off. All my lights are on and my hgusband in the same room does not have this problem. Can you help. thank you.
