No WiFi calling since iOS update

Since our family did the latest iOS 18 update we can't use no longer make or receive any calls via WiFi calling, it's not our phones as they work when using WiFi at different addresses and there is no issue with the network providers either, how do I sort this out as we live in a area with zero signal and rely on WiFi to connect with everyone , I have read somewhere that sky have to send a new router out as the iOS update isn't compatible with certain hubs which I believe mine is a hub 6
