Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Had the same issues since the 29th January 2025 with sky, had 300mb fibre installed on the 22nd January and all speed has dropped since the 29th, spoke to sky AGAIN today and it is still with the Network team apparently with no indication as to when it will be fixed in the future.

If I could get Virgin where I live I would go there asap, cannot work from home and nothing works consistantly on tv apps, firestick and game's as all are constantly buffering. This seems to be a common theme with sky's fibre technology all over country and I wished I had stayed on the the copper 36meg connection which had no issues whatsoever. My copper line is still layed up but disconnected, I'd like them to come back and reinstall the copper and give me an internet connection that works again but cant see that happening ever!!
