&lt;P&gt;The Max Hub doesn't have the proprietary AirTies technology which went into the Q Mesh, but WPS doesn't need that: it's a global standard and should work just fine as long as the Hub and the main Q box are in range of each other and &lt;STRONG&gt;both&lt;/STRONG&gt; WPS&amp;nbsp; buttons have been pressed &lt;STRONG&gt;briefly&lt;/STRONG&gt; (because a long press on the Max Hub WPS button acts as a router reset)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
