&lt;P&gt;Try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Router keeps dropping internet connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since 7pm last night I've been having problems with the Internet. So far today I've had to reset the router 6 times as I keep losing the Internet every 20-30 minutes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the same thing for the last few days in West Sussex, constant drop outs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can't get hold of anyone for help either!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
