I've purchased a new Macbook Air and Sky Go won't work on this one (it has worked on my previous one). I get the error message "CONNECTING YOUR APPLICATION We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (001)"

I have followed advice I've seen on other discussions, in that I've updated the operating system (now macOS Sequoia 15.3.1), I allowed access to my networks when the prompt came up, and I have uninstalled SkyGo and reinstalled several times (including restarting the laptop in between) - but none of this has worked and I still get the same error,

Further advice would be appreciated.
