Good Morning,

I switched to Sky Fibre with the Sky Max Hub last year.

Ever since the switch I have had major issues with my work laptop through which I have to connect through a zscaler tunnel.

This causes multiple issues loading sites through the tunnel, my work IT have investigated and they believe the issue is with the fibre provider (Sky).

I did not have any of these issues with previous supplier on the same laptop using the same zscaler tunnel.

I have looked over previous cases and tried all troubleshooting steps (such as Enabling UPnP - it has been enabled the whole time).

Is there anything else that can be done to resolve this issue?

Many thanks,

I have since found this post https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Having-problems-with-a-3rd-party-VPN-and-have-a-Hub-6/td-p/4828185 and requested a change.

Unsure if this is the same issue.

It appears to be the MAP-T setting that needs disabling, as having MAP-T on 1:1 ratio on the Max Hub does not resolve the issue, it has to be changed from the Sky side.

Hoping the request gets fulfilled and resolves the issue.
