      <title>Red PON light</title>

      <description>Just come down this morning and noticed the Pon light on my ONT is Red. Broadband/streaming services not working etc. I've tried to use the vitrual assistant but just end up going around in circles doing tests etc. How can I notify sky that there is an issue? Thank you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I called them, and all I got is automated issue "we know of the broadband problem, and are working hard to resolve it, will provide an update vie text message"....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then you get option to recieve or opt our from it....that is all, doesnt provide an estimated completion date nor possibility to talk to an actual human, just disconnects....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
