Hi. Not far ago we renewed contract and once new router was installed at random time a day we've got dropping internet, some like.. Wi-Fi is connected but phones says 'connected without internet' how to solve that?

It's so annoying and am ready to end contract and get other provider..

As it sounds like a line issue simply switching to another supplier wont help unless they use a different network than Openreach.
