Hi,

We're currently having an issue with our Wi-Fi. We've noticed that our calls on Microsoft Teams keeps dropping on different devices.

I've ran a speed test and the speed appears to be okay. I have tried restarting the router but the Teams Calls continue to drop.

It's currently interrupting our work. We don't have this issue with Teams when connected to the office. It seems to point to our WiFi at home.

Due to no contact number for Sky support and unfortunately not part of the 90% of costumers that can resolve their issue by reading online guides (lol)

Is there other suggestions on how we can resolve this?

Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

For any customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you don’t receive any extra or quicker support.
