BT Open Reach

I had Sky booked in to install my Broadband on 21/01/25 but was told I need BT Open Reach to lay cabling under my front garden which they would be in contact shortly for.

I received a text today saying I would get an update on 20/01/25 but all the updates are, are giving me a date for the next update.

I am meant to work from home, my Sky tv doesn'y work properly which is not acceptable for over 4 weeks (especially as this was pre booked in, in December).

Would anyone know roughly how long the wait is for BT Open Reach to come out?

Entirely dependent on local resources and their current workload I'm afraid.

It has now been 6 weeks and I have been told I will get another update on 04/03. I am thinking of cancelling this and using something else as it is causing me problems with work etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions of other options?
