    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've recently had Sky installed activated 4th Feb - WiFi is never at full bars, download speed is bad and tv lagging. Can't watch films or YouTube videos without buffering and out of sync speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;videos aren't loading on phone, WiFi drops and then results to using 5G and then WiFi kicks back in. Have attempted all the route checker, service checker. But because it drops in and out it doesn't show any fault. Used the automated sky call service which the result was something is wrong with your connecting but doesn't signpost me to talk to anyone. Please help - thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
