      <title>Intermittently Slow Connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been having issues on and off with slow connection, mostly on mobile devices. Can go one second being absolutely fine, to then taking forever to load a webpage. Connection to Smart TV always seems to be unaffected.
