    <title>topic No Internet Light in Broadband</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past few weeks I have had an engineer come out to install our Sky broadband but they had to call someone else out a few days later because we didn't have a wire outside our house connecting to the lines. After that was all fixed, I called sky to get my internet activated and was told that it would all be on within 2 hours but it never did. Called back up and explained the situation about our Internet and voice light not being on but the rest were green and all three lights on the Open reach box were green too. They sent out a new box that arrived today because they said it sounds like the issue was the box, plugged it all in and am still getting the same issue. I don't know what to do at this point. If anyone could please help that would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I think you'll just need to contact Sky again. To me it sounds like something hasnt been connected right at the exchange or configured correctly on Sky's side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
