      <title>Keep losing Broadband signal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Broadband keeps dropping and reconnecting. The standard tests indicate there is a problem and my speeds are very low (24bps). I suspect my original router, nearly 9 years old is faulty. How do I get through to Sky to ask for a replacement router/hub?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
